The estate's Dauno DOP extra virgin olive oil carries the signature green-to-yellow hue and fruity character with gentle spicy and bitter notes of the Foggia terroir, produced from olives across the denomination's 61 municipalities. Six generations of family stewardship have built the business into Italy's largest vertically integrated olive operation, grounded in the Gargano's agricultural heritage.
