Olio Roi draws from the Taggiasca olive, a variety distinguished by its elliptical shape and exceptional oil yield: a single hectare produces roughly seventy quintals, surpassing most competitors. Rooted in Badalucco's steep terraces—landscapes shaped by Benedictine monks from the 7th century onward—the estate transforms this heritage into a full sensory world: oils, cosmetics, and table specialties.
