Olive Gregori farms in Montalto delle Marche with land held by the family for four generations. In 2009, they dedicated their entire estate to cultivating Oliva Ascolana del Piceno DOP, planting over a thousand trees. The 7×7-meter spacing reflects inherited knowledge from earlier generations, ensuring optimal air circulation and plant health. Their conversion to this single-variety focus represents a deliberate choice to anchor the business in the ascolana tenera heritage that defines the Piceno region.
