Olivicoltori Sestresi

Founded in 1978 by twenty-three growers, Olivicoltori Sestresi has evolved into a cooperative commanding nearly 600 hectares of Taggiasca olive terraces across the Ligurian coast. Drawing on seven decades of collaborative viticulture between Sestri Levante and La Spezia, the cooperative operates a modern mill and welcomes visitors to experience how the region's steep hillside groves yield their signature Riviera Ligure DOP—a sweet, fruity expression of Mediterranean craftsmanship.
