The winery draws on ten permitted white varieties—from crisp Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon to aromatic Traminer and mineral Ribolla Gialla—crafting dry whites, reds, and sparkling wines that reflect the zone's geological and climatic diversity across 156 municipalities. Each vintage captures the terroir's tension between structure and freshness.
