Oriolo produces Alta Langa DOCG sparkling wines in Piedmont's 148-municipality zone, crafting traditional méthode champenoise cuvées from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. With a minimum 30-month aging period, the house develops wines of precise structure and complexity, including distinctive Pinot Nero Rosato expressions. Each bottle meets the rigorous 11.5% alcohol threshold, reflecting the cool-climate precision of the high-altitude Alba region where elevation and soil define the terroir's mineral signature.
