Roberto Orsi operates within the Asti DOCG, a 51-municipality zone dedicated to aromatic white wines. His production spans three distinct styles: the effervescent spumante, the classically-made spumante metodo classico, and still whites. Each expression draws from Moscato bianco and complementary aromatic varieties native to Piedmont, unified by a minimum alcohol threshold of 11.5% and obligatory aging of at least one month. This framework allows Orsi to craft wines that capture the floral and fruit-forward character intrinsic to the zone.
