Otto Ettari commands eight hectares in Montenero d'Orcia, where two ambitious cousins pursue Sangiovese in the emerging Montecucco DOCG. Their vineyard, acquired in 2015, expresses the late-ripening grape's complexity through rigorous viticulture in Tuscany's southern reaches. Each vintage undergoes 17 months of maturation, building depth and structure.
