Pacina traces its roots to a tenth-century monastery on the hills east of Siena, where Etruscan heritage shaped its very name—likely derived from Pacha, the wine god. Today, the Tiezzi Borsa family stewards this centuries-old estate, producing Toscano IGT wines from Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, and Canaiolo Nero across bianco, rosso, and rosato styles. Organic farming extends beyond wine to olive oil, grains, and legumes, while the agriturismo welcomes visitors year-round.
