Fabrizio Pallotti works across four Protected Designations across the Marche, commanding the region's most demanding white and red standards. His Verdicchio releases—both the Matelica Riserva and Castelli di Jesi Riserva—undergo eighteen months of aging to achieve their 12.5% minimum alcohol, building structure and complexity. The portfolio extends to Montepulciano and Sangiovese blends under Cònero DOCG, where two years of aging is mandatory, and to Vernaccia Nera sparkling wines from Serrapetrona. This breadth reflects a producer calibrated to the technical requirements that define central Italian viticulture.
