Palumbo Franco

Franco Palumbo operates in Celano, at the heart of the Fucino plateau in Abruzzo, where volcanic soil and cool mountain air create ideal conditions for Patata del Fucino IGP. His farm draws on the unique terroir of this high-altitude former lake bed, now drained and famously fertile. Each tuber meets strict standards: firm flesh, regular geometry, and skin that holds fast during harvest and storage.
