Paolo Bea operates in Montefalco, one of Italy's most demanding wine zones, where the Sagrantino grape achieves its fullest expression across five municipalities. The producer specializes in both dry and passito styles, each requiring meticulous timing and technique. With a minimum 37-month aging period mandated before release, his rossos and passitos undergo extended maturation in controlled conditions, building complexity and structure that define the region's signature character at 13% alcohol and above.
