PARDI

PARDI focuses on Montefalco Sagrantino, one of Umbria's most demanding expressions. The producer works with Sagrantino grapes across the five municipalities of the protected zone, crafting both the structured rosso and the concentrated passito style. Each wine undergoes a minimum 37 months of aging, building the tannin complexity and depth the varietal demands. With an alcohol minimum of 13.0%, these are serious, age-worthy bottles shaped by patience and terroir.
