Paris Franco

Paris Franco operates in Luco dei Marsi, at the heart of Abruzzo's Fucino plain, where volcanic soil and altitude create ideal conditions for Patata del Fucino IGP. The producer cultivates potatoes on what was once the bed of a historic lake, a reclaimed landscape that defines the territory. Their tubers meet strict standards: firm flesh, regular shape, and skin that holds intact through harvest and storage, delivering consistency from field to table across nine municipalities.
