The producer works within Valle d'Aosta DOC, a designation spanning 38 municipalities across the Aosta Valley and defined by exacting standards—minimum alcohol of 9.5% for all styles. Here, among steep vineyards and mountain microclimates, Pellissier crafts white, red, and rosé wines that reflect the region's singular terroir and the rigour demanded by one of Italy's most compact yet distinctive protected zones.
