Pelz F.lli operates across five protected appellations from their base in Cembra Lisignago, Trento. The producer commands access to Teroldego Rotaliano's signature indigenous grape and extends into Vallagarina and Trentino zones, crafting whites from Chardonnay and Pinot bianco alongside reds. Trentino's alpine conditions—with 63 cultivated varieties across modest terrain—enable the house to produce spumante and rosso wines that reflect both local terroir and international varieties. Integrated production protocols ensure systematic quality oversight across all releases.
