Michele Pezzini works within the Lugana DOC, a five-municipality zone where Turbiana vines thrive on the southern shore of Lake Garda. His whites—standard, superiore, and riserva expressions—anchor themselves in this single variety, the local name for Trebbiano di Soave. Each bottling respects the 11.0% alcohol minimum, letting the mineral precision and textural subtlety of the terroir define the glass rather than alcohol weight or oak manipulation.
