Giovanni Piacenza operates within the Asti DOCG zone, producing spumante and still whites across 51 municipalities in Piedmont. The cellar works with Moscato bianco and complementary aromatic white varieties suited to the region, crafting both traditional metodo classico bottles and approachable spumante. A minimum of one month's maturation underpins each release, developing complexity while respecting the varietal expression that defines Asti's character at 11.5% alcohol and above.
