Since 1960, Piadina del Mare has shaped the artisanal landscape of Cervia with four generations of piadina mastery. The producer pioneered Italy's first IGP-certified piadina kiosk, anchoring the production standard for Romagna's iconic flatbread. Visitors discover the craft firsthand: hand-rolled dough blistered on flat pans, premium flours, and a rotating roster of over 50 fillings—or three distinct dough bases spanning lard, extra-virgin oil, and spelt.
