Pianbello crafts sparkling wines under the Alta Langa DOCG umbrella, where Piedmont's rolling terrain across 148 municipalities provides ideal conditions for Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. The producer transforms these noble grapes—alongside selected complementary varieties—into refined spumante and spumante rosato that mature for a minimum of 30 months. Each bottle reflects the discipline of the denomination: crisp acidity, fine bubbles, and the structure that only extended aging in cool cellars can build.
