Pianogrillo

Pianogrillo operates in Chiaramonte Gulfi, at the heart of Sicily's Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG zone. The producer focuses on the denomination's signature blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato, crafting rosso wines with the mineral precision the volcanic terroir demands. Minimum eight months of aging refine these wines to the required 12.5% alcohol threshold, building structure and complexity from the southeast's challenging climate and limestone-rich soils.
