Picchi di Picchi Gabriele &C. crafts metodo classico sparkling wines from the Oltrepò Pavese region, a 41-municipality zone in Lombardy's wine country. Their portfolio draws on Pinot nero, Chardonnay, Pinot grigio, and Pinot bianco—classic grapes of northern Italian sparkling production. Each bottle undergoes a minimum of 15 months aging to develop the complexity and fine mousse characteristic of the metodo classico tradition.
