Picéch

Picéch operates in Cormons on Collio's layered marl and sandstone soils—locally called "ponca"—where the Bora wind dries humid air to ripen white and red Collio Goriziano grapes. Certified organic since years past, the estate heats entirely through ecological means: since 2019, a boiler fueled by woodland timber warms the winery, while photovoltaic panels installed in 2009 generate 90% of its electricity. Stewardship and viticulture merge across the hectares.
