The house works with Vernaccia nera in Serrapetrona's volcanic amphitheater, crafting both spumante and red wines that capture the zone's mineral signature. Across the Conero plateau, their Montepulciano and Sangiovese age 24 months minimum, gaining the structure the classification demands. Their dual Verdicchio expressions—from Matelica and Castelli di Jesi—showcase the varietal's white-wine authority: each bottle aged at least 18 months, alcohol hitting 12.5% or above.
