Podere Casaccia

Podere Casaccia works across twelve hectares of biodynamic vineyards in the Scandicci hills, where south-east exposure nurtures slow phenolic maturation. The estate's natural winemaking philosophy excludes synthetic pesticides and fermentation additives, allowing the terroir—home to vines approaching sixty years—to speak without chemical mediation. Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, and Canaiolo Nero form the foundation of their Toscano IGT whites, reds, and rosés, each expression shaped by ancient viticultural soils and minimal intervention.
