The estate produces both elegant white wines—vermentino and sauvignon varieties—and structured reds crafted to the DOC standards of minimum 11.5% alcohol. The producer also works within the exacting Bolgheri Sassicaia designation, where Cabernet Sauvignon-led blends age for at least 24 months, reaching the required 12.0% alcohol threshold that defines the region's most serious expressions.
