POGGIO MORI

Poggio Mori operates in Sarteano, one of twelve municipalities within the Orcia DOC zone in Tuscany's Val d'Orcia landscape. The producer works with Sangiovese as the backbone of its reds and reserves, complemented by other non-aromatic dark-skinned varieties suited to the Tuscan region. Whites remain marginal—capped at 10% of the blend—keeping focus on the mineral-driven rossos and rosatos that reflect Siena's continental terroir. Minimum alcohol of 11.5% ensures structure without excess.
