Polje operates in Cormons at the heart of Collio Goriziano, where the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region's mineral-rich soils anchor some of Italy's finest white wines. The DOC permits a broad palette: from Pinot Grigio's crisp acidity to Ribolla Gialla's stone-fruit depth, Malvasia Istriana's floral notes, and aromatic Traminer. At minimum 11.5% alcohol, these wines reflect the zone's specific terroir—eight municipalities united by geology and climate, where Polje pursues expression through varietal precision.
