Renzetti Giuseppina produces Aprutino Pescarese DOP extra virgin olive oil in Collecorvino, where the Pescara hills supply fruit at the green-to-yellow threshold of ripeness. The producer works within a protected zone spanning 46 municipalities, where cool highland microclimates and calcareous soils define the oil's signature profile: low-to-medium intensity with herbaceous notes that register on the palate before the fruit emerges.
