Ricci Curbastro tends 32 vineyard hectares across Capriolo's rolling terrain, where Chardonnay, Pinot nero, and Pinot bianco thrive under Franciacorta's demanding protocols. The estate—a working farm, wine museum, and agriturismo—anchors a family operation rooted in the 13th century. Since 2017, it has held Equalitas "Sustainable Company" certification, the first winery in Lombardy to achieve this standard. Their spumante and rosato reflect both heritage discipline and measurable environmental care, aging 18 months minimum before release.
