Riva dei Frati in Cornuda traces its roots to a forgotten abbey overlooking steep vineyard slopes in the Prosecco Superiore heartland. The estate takes its name from this singular site, where Glera and its fellow varieties—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera—mature under conditions rarely found across Valdobbiadene. Cesare Adami and Marisa Merotto restored the historic Col San Martino parcels to their former standing, crafting frizzante and spumante expressions from one of the zone's most distinctive microclimates. The winery welcomes visitors to taste how this territory speaks through its wines.
