Roccasanta

Roccasanta produces Alta Langa DOCG, the Piedmont sparkling wine defined by precision rather than ostentation. Drawing Pinot Nero and Chardonnay from the zone's 148 municipalities, the house crafts both traditional spumante and its rosato variant, each aged a minimum of 30 months to develop the mineral structure and dry character that distinguish this northern Italian appellation. At 11.5% alcohol or above, these are contemplative wines—elegant vectors for terroir expression.
