Romano & Adamo brings Calabrian tradition to the glass through Gaglioppo, the defining red of Cirò DOC. Founded by cousins Bernardo Romano and Piero Adamo, the winery revives family vineyards in Cirò Marina, focusing on native cultivars suited to the region's distinctive terroir. Their Mastro Antonio Superiore Riserva exemplifies this commitment—a wine from Lipuda's hillsides that reflects both heritage and contemporary standards. Working within Cirò's regulated framework (minimum 12% alcohol), they unlock the character of indigenous varieties that define Calabria's viticultural identity.
