S. Vittoria Società Agricola Cooperativa

S. Vittoria is Piacenza's largest dairy cooperative, built since 1978 into a leader in Grana Padano DOP production. The caseificio transforms whole milk into wheels of 24–40 kg through slow maturation of cooked-paste curds—a technique refined over forty years. The cooperative bridges inherited cheesemaking methods with contemporary practices, anchoring its work in the Emilia-Romagna landscape where milk quality and terroir converge to shape wheels destined for tables across three thousand municipalities.
