SALATIN SRL

Salatin SRL stands on Cordignano land where the Salatin family is documented since 1528. Wine production began in 1947 under brothers Antonio and Ercole, expanding across 75 hectares positioned between the Prosecco hills and the Friuli Grave. Today, descendants manage vineyards yielding Lison DOCG whites—primarily Tai—and Piave Malanotte DOCG reds, where Raboso grapes mature for a minimum 36 months. The estate merges heritage viticulture with modern technique to capture terroir's autochthonous character in every bottle.
