Salvatore Murana established his eponymous house on Pantelleria in the 1970s, becoming the first in his family to formalize winemaking and distribute Zibibbo beyond the island's rocky shores. Six generations of cultivation converge in wines that secure Pantelleria DOC status—passitos and liquorosos that have earned international acclaim. The cantina's philosophy centers on absorbing territorial knowledge while respecting nature, translating volcanic minerality and sun-intensive viticulture into concentrated, complex expressions of Moscato d'Alessandria.
