San Benedetto

San Benedetto produces Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG, the singular white wine of its denomination. Grown within the compact zone surrounding the medieval tower town of San Gimignano, Vernaccia grapes achieve minimum 11.5% alcohol under strict production codes. The producer works within one of Tuscany's most tightly defined appellations, where volcanic and clay soils shape the varietal's mineral character and crisp acidity.
