San Giovanni

San Giovanni produces Prosecco DOCG in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene zone, where steep hillsides across fifteen municipalities have shaped centuries of viticulture. The house works with Glera and native varieties—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga—to craft brut, frizzante, and spumante expressions that balance minerality with the region's signature brightness. Each bottling reflects the terroir precision that defines this UNESCO-recognised landscape.
