Santimartini works the Aglianico del Taburno DOCG across Solopaca and its surrounding municipalities in Benevento. The producer draws from Campania's volcanic slopes to craft reds and rosés built on Aglianico's dark-skinned depth, balanced by complementary dark varieties approved for the denomination. Each wine spends a minimum 24 months aging, a commitment that yields complexity and structure. With alcohol starting at 12.0%, the wines reflect the region's warm continental character and the careful calibration required at the Taburno zone's elevation.
