Santus

Founded in 1995 by two agronomists, Santus has cultivated roughly 60,000 vines across 10 hectares in Passirano, Franciacorta. The winery's philosophy rejects standardization: rather than blending cuvées, each vintage is bottled separately to capture the distinct expression of its year. A deliberately late harvest imparts minerality and structural complexity to their Chardonnay and Pinot-based spumante, while preserving the freshness that defines their style.
