The producer works across four DOCG denominations: Barolo and Barbaresco demand their Nebbiolo grapes to age 38 and 26 months respectively, reaching minimum alcohols of 13.0% and 12.5%. Dolcetto defines two separate expressions—the focused Dogliani across 21 municipalities and the tighter Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba from a single zone. Each wine reflects both regulatory precision and site-specific character.
