Scuola Malva Arnaldi channels Pinerolese viticulture through professional training and agricultural research. Based in Bibiana at the heart of the 34-municipality DOC zone, the Foundation—formalized in 2021—operates as a research entity focused on preserving local biodiversity and advancing winemaking knowledge. Its board, drawn from municipal, provincial, and farming organizations, steers work across Barbera, Nebbiolo, Bonarda, and regional varietals that define the appellation's reds and rosatos.
