Siro Merotto

Founded in 1960 by Giovanni and Siro, the family estate operates 6 hectares of vineyards on the slopes of Col San Martino in Treviso's Valdobbiadene zone. Today, Nicola steers production across the full spectrum of Prosecco DOCG styles—from crisp frizzante to complex spumante—drawing on Glera, Verdiso, and local varieties that define the region. Manual harvesting and temperature-controlled bottle fermentation anchor each release to both terroir and craft.
