Sivag produces Prosecco in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, a 15-municipality zone in the Veneto hills where Glera grapes thrive on steep terrain. The estate crafts white wines across three styles—frizzante, spumante, and still—each expressing the terroir's mineral character. Sivag's commitment to working with Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, and other indigenous varieties preserves the region's heritage while maintaining the region's minimum 10.5% alcohol standard.
