SOC. AGR. Crocetta operates in Spoltore, in the heart of Pescara's olive-growing zone, where the Aprutino Pescarese DOP designation protects one of Italy's most distinctive extra virgin oils. Across the 46 municipalities of the protected region, the producer draws fruit from hillside groves shaped by the Adriatic microclimate. Their oil displays the characteristic green-to-yellow palette and low-to-medium fruitiness with herbaceous notes that define the denomination—a measured expression of terroir rather than extraction showmanship.
