Soc. agr. Emme – Vigneti Massimi Berucci operates in Piglio, the historic heart of Cesanese production in Frosinone. The winery focuses on the indigenous grapes that define the Cesanese del Piglio DOCG: Cesanese di Affile and Cesanese comune, complemented by secondary varieties suited to Lazio's terroir. Their reds undergo minimum four months of aging, developing the structure and depth that earned this denomination its protected status across five municipalities.
