Soc. Agricola Eleva Srl cultivates six hectares as a unified estate in Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, where eighteen terraces hosting vines and olives are anchored by the region's characteristic dry-stone walls. The vineyard's hilltop position—nearly 300 metres above sea level—frames the name itself: elevation both literal and enological. The company's Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG and Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG emerge from carefully selected Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella, refined through extended aging to achieve their distinctive depth and structure.
