Soc. Agricola Novaia commands the Valpolicella terrain from Marano, where Corvina and Rondinella dominate the vineyard rhythm. The estate channels grapes through two canonical expressions: Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, aged 24 months to achieve its minimum 14% alcohol and signature depth; and Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG, a passito and spumante variant that captures the zone's appassimento heritage. Production anchors itself to the 19-municipality designation, where elevation and slate-rich soils shape each harvest into wines of measurable intensity.
