Soc. Agricola Pietra Dei Fiori produces Sicilia IGP extra virgin olive oil and Sicilia DOC wines from its estate in Buseto Palizzolo, Trapani. The olive oils meet stringent standards—maximum 0.5% acidity and at least 100 mg/kg total polyphenols—delivering the signature green tomato aromas of the region. For wine, the producer works with native Sicilian varieties including Nero d'Avola and Nerello Mascalese alongside international cultivars, crafting reds, rosés, and whites. Visitors and tasters are welcomed year-round to experience both oils and wines directly.
