Società Agricola Contero produces Asti DOCG across the 51-municipality zone in Piedmont, where Moscato bianco and select aromatic white varieties flourish in distinctive terroir. The house crafts three distinct expressions: still whites, spumanti, and the labour-intensive metodo classico—each aged a minimum of one month to refine structure and complexity. Rigorous viticulture and controlled fermentation ensure each bottling achieves the required minimum 11.5% alcohol while preserving the delicate floral character intrinsic to the region.
